Amy is a personal finance app for iPhone. Record expenses, income, accounts and goals, then connect your account to ChatGPT or Claude to look up, analyze and manage the synced records you authorize.
Connecting requires an Amy account with an active subscription. Amy appears in each assistant's directory once its review is complete.

Ask about the available records in your account and manage your finances within the permissions you grant.
Keep your records current
Add expenses and income, correct a transaction and organize accounts and categories. Review possible matches to avoid recording a transaction twice.
Follow budgets and goals
Set spending limits by category, check the progress of your goals and record savings contributions.
Organize loans and payments
Check money you lent and debts you owe. Record their payments and review recurring transactions saved in Amy.
Start with a specific question
Write in the chat as you would to a person. The assistant uses Amy when the question is about your finances, and you can also mention Amy to ask for it.

You decide the access and how changes are saved
When you connect your account you choose the permissions. By default you review and approve changes in Amy; you can also allow direct actions through an explicit, authenticated choice.

The assistant reads the synced personal records available in that account. Data that stays only on your device is outside the connection.
Changes with a confirmed result
Missing details or possible duplicates are clarified before saving. Preparing a draft doesn't change your records; Amy confirms the result of a saved operation.
Revocable access
You can review and revoke each connection in Amy. Revoking stops new requests; data already shared with the assistant is managed with its own controls.
How to connect your account
Before you start, download Amy for iPhone, sign in and keep the records you want to look up synced.
ChatGPT
Find Amy in ChatGPT
In ChatGPT on the web, desktop or mobile, open Plugins in the sidebar and search for “Amy Finanzas Personales”.
Install and connect
Select Install or Connect. ChatGPT opens an Amy page to sign in.
Approve in Amy
Approve the request in the Amy app or with your email, review the permissions and choose how changes are saved. Then return to ChatGPT.

Claude
Find Amy in Claude
In Claude, open Customize > Connectors and search for “Amy Finanzas Personales”.
Or add a custom connector
If it isn't listed yet, select Add custom connector with the server URL. Under Advanced settings, enter the client ID and leave the secret empty.
Approve in Amy
Select Connect, approve the request in the Amy app or with your email, review the permissions and return to Claude.

Once connected, you can use it in Claude on the web, desktop and mobile.
In the Amy app, Settings > Personalization > Connections shows each assistant's status, permissions, save mode and these steps with values to copy.

What is Amy Finanzas Personales?
Amy is an iPhone app that brings together your expenses, income, accounts, budgets, savings goals and loans. When you connect it to ChatGPT or Claude you can look up and manage the synced records in your account within the permissions you authorize.
Do I need an active Amy subscription?
Yes. The connection requires an Amy account with an active subscription, which Amy verifies every time the assistant uses it. A ChatGPT or Claude account alone doesn't grant access to your Amy data.
Can the assistant see all the data on my iPhone?
No. The connection reads the personal Amy records available on the server that you authorize. Data that stays only on the device and Amy's local chat history aren't shared.
Does Amy access my bank or make payments?
No. The connection uses the transactions recorded in Amy. Balances are calculated from those records and may differ from your bank balance. There's no automatic bank connection and no payments or transfers are executed.
Can I save changes from the chat?
Yes, within the permissions you grant. The default mode asks you to review and approve each operation in Amy. You can choose direct actions through an explicit, authenticated choice. A prepared draft isn't a saved record yet; the result must be confirmed by Amy.
How do I disconnect an assistant?
In the Amy app, open Settings > Personalization > Connections, choose the assistant and disconnect it. You can also remove Amy from ChatGPT's plugin settings or Claude's connector settings.

Keep your personal finances on your iPhone. With recorded and synced data, you have a basis to understand your spending in the app or from your assistant.
